How your tour is crafted

As we are a small team, one member of the office oversees the whole process of making a bespoke tour for you from start to finish.
This prevents a delay in sharing information among employees and miscommunication from happening.

Creating a tour for you cannot be done overnight because it requires a lot of hearing of your needs and preparation.
Although a day tour in the Kansai region (Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Hiroshima) can be provided in a very short notice,
if you wish to travel with us between multiple cities, please make sure you contact us well in advance of your departure.

◯Tour date

Firstly, let us know when you fly to Japan along with your flight in mind (it can be changed later on).

◯The number of participants

The minimum and maximum number of participants if it is yet to be confirmed

◯Which cities you’d like to visit

◯What’s in the bucket list

(activities, experiences and food to try etc)

We provide you with a draft plan. At this point detailed logistics or staying plan are not confirmed yet.

If we are on the same page about the plan, other pieces such as a room type, transportation, local activities will then be confirmed.

Adjustment based on detailed information about travelers.
If possible, tell us more about you such as food allergy, likes and dislikes on food, physical mobility and etc.
