During our tour, we kindly ask you to follow the guideline issued by All Nippon Travel Agents Association in effort to prevent COVID-19 outbreaks.

◯As basic precautions on our side, all of our guides do; wear a mask, wash hands whenever possible, carry a disinfectant with them.

◯A wireless receiver will be distributed to each guest in a group of 7 or more to listen to the guiding in order to avoid a possible droplet transmission from speaking in a loud voice (a smaller party can also use this service upon request).

◯If you start showing a symptom of the virus, we will make sure you get necessary medical support immediately while following the guideline.

◯Accommodation sites and transportation means used in a tour are where enough preventive measures are taken.

◯Follow the safety protocol against the virus infection during our tour such as; wear a face covering, avoid the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings), and daily body temperature check (needs to be below 37.5℃).
